Senior Partner, KPMG in Greece

Marina Kapetanaki is the Senior Partner and CEO of KPMG in Greece, bringing over 25 years of experience in audit, advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring.

She started her career within KPMG’s Audit practice before transitioning to Advisory Services, holding several leadership positions, including Head of Deal Advisory and later Head of Advisory. Throughout her career, she has advised on numerous complex transactions, specializing in due diligence services and providing strategic support on both buy-side and sell-side engagements.

A member of KPMG Greece’s Executive Committee since 2020, Marina was elected Senior Partner of KPMG in Greece in 2024. Her extensive expertise and leadership have played a key role in strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities and market presence.

Marina holds a degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and is a Certified Auditor, as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL).

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, she is committed to fostering innovation, driving business transformation, and promoting sustainable growth across the Greek and international business landscape
