Alexandra Fatsea is Deputy Managing Director and Board Member of Intrum Hellas, overseeing the servicing of the company’s loan portfolios. She also serves as Managing Director of Intrum REO Solutions and Chairwoman of Intrum BTB, within Intrum Group, the Swedish multinational leader in credit management.

With 26 years of experience in large-scale operations, P&L management and business transformation across financial services and regulated environments, Alexandra has led organisations of more than 400 people and driven major technology- and AI-enabled transformations. She has also contributed to regulatory and legislative reform in Greece through close collaboration with public authorities.

A law graduate with a postgraduate degree in International Management, Alexandra began her career in technology and managed critical technology operations for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games before moving into banking and credit management. Her current focus includes harnessing AI to transform credit servicing, customer engagement, operational efficiency and decision-making.
